The CRM Operations Senior Coordinator oversees the key CRM and gift administration activities of the CRM Operations (CRMO) team. The individual serves as the primary liaison with the finance and development departments to ensure the seamless integration and reconciliation of contributed and membership revenue into the museum's enterprise CRM system, Tessitura.
