SFMOMA's Director of Employee Experience & Internal Communications will assist in the transformation of the organizational culture from the inside out. Supporting the vision to build a people-first culture, the Director of Employee Experience & Internal Communications will use creative story-telling to shape the narrative and grow the movement of bringing to life SFMOMA's core values of Inclusive, Brave, Empathic & Passionate. The Director of Employee Experience & Internal Communications leads a team of one, serves as communications partner to executive leaders, and partners with teams across the organization to positively shape and optimize the employee experience and culture. This role oversees employee communications. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Director of Employee Experience & Internal Communications leads the strategic and tactical efforts and programming throughout the entire employee experience.
