The Manager of Visitor Engagement is responsible for ensuring the museum's standard of excellence is embraced across the department. Working in close partnership with other Visitor Experience, Managers to ensure the visitor experience is seamless and consistent, the MVE oversees daily onsite operational success while managing group sales and gallery engagement initiatives in addition to supporting other VX functions as manager on duty. The MVE has a keen understanding of change management and takes ownership of ensureing museum staff are prepared for both daily and future events. A successful candidate will lead staff by example and serve as a trusted point for service execution and escalation mitigation while ensuring flawless department operations.

Please note: This role is anticipated to begin in late May-June of 2022.
